How we can help:
In today’s fast moving world many of us experience difficulties which adversely affect our working lives. Often the issue can be something that happens outside of work. We can feel isolated in our workplace and not sure of whom to turn to. Counselling can help with a range of issues such as:
Face to face counselling offers individuals a space to talk and helps them think through their situation. It can help people gain mental and emotional strength so that they can find a way forward.
Who is it for?
It is for everyone working in the Birmingham city centre business community, from support staff to senior directors, regardless of whether they have a faith or no faith at all.
Clair Dinsdale has a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. She is an accredited counsellor with both the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and the Association of Christian Counsellors.

Counselling sessions take place in the city centre at the ChaplaincyPlus office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays during the daytime.
Fees
Many firms like to arrange counselling for their employees. An introductory individual session is offered free of charge. Subsequent counselling sessions are charged at £40 per hour.
Anyone working in the city centre may contact Clair for an appointment. The usual fee of £40 can be reduced to take into account individual circumstances. We would not want to turn to anyone away on grounds of cost.
